CHILDREN’S MUSIC

CHILDREN, from 2 years old through the sixth grade have fun while they learn about music and how it can be used for God’s glory. The purpose of the entire graded choir program is to provide age appropriate activities to help each child develop physically, emotionally, socially, musically, and spiritually. The goal is to lay a foundational understanding of who Jesus is that we pray will eventually lead to the child’s salvation. Children’s choirs meet every Wednesday afternoon from 5:30 till 6:15.

Little Praisers Choir (two- three years)- meets 6:00-6:15 only
PRESCHOOL CHOIR (four and five year olds)
RAINBOW CHOIR (grades 1—3)
YOUNG MUSICIANS (grades 4 — 6)

ADULT AND YOUTH CHOIR

We have lots of fun in the Worship Choir preparing and leading the church in worship each Sunday morning. This group rehearses on Wednesday nights from 7-8 PM. They sing a variety of music and you are sure to love most of it. If you have a heart to sing praises to God come to rehearsal. Youth through senior adults are invited to participate in the Worship Choir

WE AIN'T DEAD YET!

This unique musical group is an excellent way our senior adults can have fun, have great fellowship, and minister to others. They play a mixture of home-grown instruments from the washtub to the kazoo to the shakers and everything in-between. The music varies from old gospel songs to fun songs you sang as a child to classical music. They rehearse each Thursday at 1-2 PM in the adult education building and go play often for other church and community events.

PRAISE TEAM

We have several Praise Teams that rotate to help support and lead in our corporate worship each Sunday. They rehearse from 8-8:30 PM every Wednesday as well as Sunday rehearsals. These members are selected from the Worship Choir by the Worship Pastor.

PRAISE BAND

Our Praise Band plays for each service Sunday and provides musical variety to our worship as well as allowing the instrumentalists an opportunity to use those gifts for the Lord. They rehearse each Wednesday from 7-8 PM as well as rehearsals on Sunday. Adults and older youth are invited to participate after meeting with the Worship Pastor

DRAMA TEAM

We occasionally use drama in services as well as for special seasonal productions and musicals. Contact the Worship Pastor for more information.
